Answers to Your Gem Mining Questions

How do I choose the best bucket for me?

When choosing the right bucket of gemstone rough, it is important to consider how many people are in your group, how long you want to gem mine for, and the age range of your group. Sugar Creek Gem Mine offers buckets of gemstone rough that range in size from 1-Gallon to 7-Gallons; plan on spending 15-20 minutes per gallon of gemstone rough. We recommend larger groups split a bigger bucket rather than purchase individual buckets for each member of your group.
